1、電蒸汽鍋爐加水，打開補水閥門，將鍋爐注水至正常水位，然后關閉補水閥門。打開系統補水管閥門進行加水，并觀察各自動排氣情況，直到排氣閥不排氣為止，然后關閉加水閥門。

3、電蒸汽鍋爐水位調整正常后，關閉水泵，檢查啟閉器，止回閥是否正常。檢查的方法是看鍋爐水位是否上升，如上升，證明有關閉不嚴的地方，可耳附在啟閉器和止回閥上聽，如關閉不嚴則會聽到“嚓嚓”的水流聲，如是啟閉器的問題請按其說明書處理，如是啟回閥的問題，應拆下檢查活門是否靈活，閥里是否有異物卡住。
