一、鍋爐檢查對我市的一些企業(yè)進行鍋爐的檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題
鍋爐水處理設(shè)備質(zhì)量良莠不齊，部分設(shè)備粗制濫造，容易損壞，甚至存在嚴重的設(shè)計缺陷。國家對鍋爐水處理系統(tǒng)安裝單位未實行資質(zhì)認定，安裝單位技術(shù)水平參差不齊，一些安裝單位由于技術(shù)能力限制，導(dǎo)致水處理系統(tǒng)在安裝時就埋下安全隱患。部分企業(yè)沒有配備專職的水處理工或以司爐工兼職代替，水處理操作人員專業(yè)知識缺乏。企業(yè)普遍存在輕視水處理工作的問題，沒有充分認識到水處理工作對安全生產(chǎn)、節(jié)能減排的重要作用。

二、處理鍋爐水處理問題的對策：
1、盡快制定完善水處理設(shè)備相關(guān)強制性標準，并對水處理設(shè)備實行市場準入制度，確保設(shè)備安全可靠。

2、將鍋爐水處理系統(tǒng)安裝列入資格認證和行政許可范圍，或作為鍋爐整體安裝資質(zhì)考核的一項內(nèi)容，規(guī)范水處理系統(tǒng)安裝市場，提高安裝質(zhì)量。
