燃氣蒸汽采用兩回程的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，使燃料得到了充分燃燒，熱效率高。此外，鍋爐在運行過程中的煙管內(nèi)插有擾流片，使得排煙速度減緩，增加了換熱量，為用戶降低了大量的使用費用，那么影響蒸汽鍋爐品質(zhì)的因素有哪些呢？
1、鍋水濃度
在鍋爐內(nèi)沸騰的水中有很多氣泡，隨著鍋水濃度的增加，氣泡的厚度也不斷加厚。鍋筒的有效空間則減小，氣泡破裂時所濺起的細小水滴就會很容易被向上流動的蒸汽帶出，從而使蒸汽品質(zhì)惡化，嚴(yán)重時會產(chǎn)生汽水共騰現(xiàn)象，并帶出大量的鍋水。
