燃油蒸汽鍋爐采用水管貫流式爐膽結(jié)構(gòu)，并配備安全閥，溫度過熱，水位過低，壓力過高等四重保護(hù)，絕對安全可靠。燃油蒸汽鍋爐操作簡單，只需按下按鈕，既進(jìn)入自動運行狀態(tài)，無需專人值守。但是它也會有出現(xiàn)故障的時候，那么在平時的使用中，應(yīng)該注意些什么呢？
1、使用蒸汽鍋爐應(yīng)特別注意鍋爐房的通風(fēng)條件，萬一發(fā)生泄漏，如果通風(fēng)不好的話，極易引起液態(tài)氣在地面上凝結(jié)和擴散，造成惡性爆炸事故。

2、鍋爐人員應(yīng)時刻注意氣體閥門的開關(guān)情況。氣體管路不可漏氣，若有異常情況，如鍋爐房內(nèi)有異常氣味，不可開啟燃燒器，應(yīng)及時檢查通風(fēng)情況，排除氣味，檢查閥門，正常后才可投入運行。

3、氣體壓力不可過高和過低，應(yīng)在設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)運行，具體參數(shù)由蒸汽鍋爐生產(chǎn)廠家提供。當(dāng)鍋爐運行一段時間，發(fā)現(xiàn)氣體壓力低于設(shè)定值時，應(yīng)及時與煤氣公司聯(lián)系，供氣壓力是否有變化。燃燒器運行一段時間，應(yīng)及時檢查管路中過濾器是否清潔，如氣壓下降很多，有可能是氣體雜質(zhì)過多，過濾器被堵塞，應(yīng)拆下清洗，必要時更換濾芯。

4、在停運一段時間或檢查管路后，在重新投入運行時，應(yīng)打開放空閥，放氣一段時間，放氣時間應(yīng)根據(jù)管路長短及氣體種類來確定。若鍋爐停用時間較長，則應(yīng)切斷煤氣供應(yīng)總閥，關(guān)閉放空閥。
