1、安全閥是最后一道安全保障，應定期進行靈活性檢驗，每個月最少二次快速拉動安全閥的拉桿以檢查它的起跳和回座的靈活性，若安全閥不能起跳或者不靈活，請立即更換。安全閥每年應定期到當地的質監局進行校驗。

2、鍋爐在使用時應配備軟化水處理器，在保證水質硬度較低時才能保證電熱管的使用壽命，因水垢嚴重導致電熱管損壞不在保修范圍內。

3、第一次使用本產品時，設備運行前先用一字螺絲刀將鍋爐給水泵的排氣螺絲擰松，將里面的空氣排盡直至冒水，然后再將螺絲擰緊。

4、每天第一次使用前須將蒸汽閥門打開，后打開排污閥至爐內的水及污物完全排盡。

5、檢查水箱以保證水箱內清潔、沒有雜物，防止垃圾進入管道損壞水泵或卡死止回閥。

6、關閉排污閥，蒸汽閥門仍然開啟，啟動蒸汽發生器的電源開關，此時發出缺水報警，水泵運轉對蒸汽發生器補水，直至爐內水位高于低水位時報警聲停止并同時接觸器吸合啟動加熱，當水位達到高水位時水泵停止補水。

7、蒸汽發生器的管路安裝時必須考慮防止被加熱物倒罐及管路冷凝水的排放等因素。

8、當您檢修鍋爐或者更換電器部分配件時，請切斷電源以免帶電工作造成危險。
